Visual Awareness Technologies and Consulting, Inc. (VATC), an 8a, certified minority, woman-owned, Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), S-Corporation with an innovative, experienced, solution-oriented team partnered to support the Navy Seaport-e contract program. Our team combines a wealth of recent experience and expertise, and brings a fresh approach to Seaport task order requirements support. The team of VATC and SA Technical Services Inc., a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business (SDVOSB) brings our organizations together with a breadth and depth of experience, talent, and professionalism, to support the Seaport-e contract task orders.
The VATC Team supports Department of Defense (DoD) clients to include Special Operations Forces (SOF) and joint training exercises with technical and operations subject matter expertise. VATC consistently provides accurate and timely service to all customers by remaining relevant in current operations, training, and evolving policy. Our customers include US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) J7 Joint Training and Exercises for SOF Battle Staff synchronization, organization, and integration across the command components, and injection of SOF into worldwide Joint Training and Rehearsal exercises.
In addition we provide technical and operations Subject Matter Experts (SME) to the US Joint Forces Command (USJFCOM) Joint National Training Capability (JNTC) and other Combatant Command level staffs. We supported the Army Topographic Engineering Center (TEC) Research and Development (R&D) and Operations Divisions providing Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) training to USSOCOM/United States Army Special Operations Command’s (USASOC’s) Special Forces Groups (SFG’s). VATC staff has supported their Operations Division with scene visualization database generation and technical development during multiple spirals of the Joint Geospatial Enterprise Services (JGES) project where we defined and produced a dynamic “User Defined Operational Picture” operating in a web-services environment for training and operations.
SA Technical Services, Inc., is a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), S-Corporation that has technical capabilities germane to the Seaport-e requirements and augments VATC’s capabilities with a competency and capacity in areas of our Seaport-e interests. SA Technical Services is a leading edge military support company specializing in training, program management, modeling/simulation, software, and acquisition activities. SA Tech provides the entire gamut of technical and program management support to the Wright-Patterson AFB Aeronautical Systems Command (ASC), Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC), Air Education and Training Command (AETC), and Air Combat Command (ACC). They are considered the Combat Rescue, Special Operations, and Helicopter training experts for these commands. Their expertise includes training system (simulator) engineering/acquisition/maintenance expertise, specification/RFP/Statement of Work development, synthetic database development expertise, courseware direction, acquisition support, budget development, and program management assistance. They are also expert software engineers, with experience in complex weapon system development.
