Natalie Bonner maintains existing contracts and manages new procurement and acquisition efforts. She has nearly 30 years of experience in procurement, administration, and management for government and commercial contracts, including expertise in quality surveying, quality control, proposal response development, and project management.
Before her work at VATC, Natalie was the Director of Contracts for the Jones Bonner Consulting Group and a Contracts Manager for Eagle Group International. She has also worked as a Contracts Administrator for SAIC. Natalie is a current member of the National Contracts Management Association and the Association of Proposal Management Professionals.
Natalie attended National University, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Global Studies/International Business. She holds a Master’s Degree in Procurement and Acquisitions Management from Webster University and a Certificate of Contracts Manager from San Diego State University.
